This Lance Holder has a very practical lever locking system acting on the sleeve and clamp. The pressure applied by the lever is adjustable by a ring. It has been designed for use in cases where large diameter (1" and over) lances are used, for which screw locking by-hand would be difficult. For higher safety, CONTESSI has recently introduced two new models of lance-holder with lever lock for 3/8" and 1/2" (BSP) lance diameters.

The pressure regulating boxes can be connected to the gas line at each point where Oxygen, fuel and inert gases. Pressure can be regulated for all purpose: brazing, oxy-cutting, heating or welding with shieldy gas. Made of galvanized steel, protects the hose from the risk of accidental damage, dust and exposure to heat and radiation.

Valve for medium flow rates; it is fitted with a non-return valve, sintered filter and thermal device to shut-off oxygen in case of backfire or slag return.

Manufactured out with a self-extinguishing hose (ASTM C-542). Metal braiding manufactured out of stainless steel wire, with blue ribbon. Suitable for pressurized Oxygen. According to EN ISO 3821 standard (replacing (UNI EN 559). Ageing and abrasion resistant. Recommended for heavy duty and for applications in harsh environments. The kink spiral (supplied on request) protects the end part of the hose from throttling, wear and cracking near the connection.

Valve offering maximun operrator safety. The flow of Oxygen is regulated by the gradual pressure exercised by the operator on the lever. Release of the lever interrupts the Oxygen flow. EN560 BSP threaded connections: inlet Male EN560, outlet swivel nut Female.
